The experience of the installation and use of oversized ceiling fans in the past has proved that the vast majority of safety accidents are blade falls, and blade falls are mostly caused by the fracture of the connection between the blades and the hub. That is, the security design involving the third ring chain.
Hengzhengtong has designed two unique devices to ensure the connection safety of the third ring chain: the concave and convex bite connection and the collision buffer device.
Based on the above two unique safety devices, only the oversized ceiling fan (Hengtong series) in the industry that Hengzheng Tong promises to operate normally will not cause parts to fall due to external impact

In order to make customers feel at ease when using Hengzhengtong oversized ceiling fans, based on our confidence in our own products, Hengzhengtong is the first and only one in the industry to make a commitment to safe use.
The whole series of Hengzhengtong super large ceiling fans that rotate normally will not cause fan components, especially blades, to fall due to accidental impact of blades and irregular start/stop operations.
If the above accident causes the blades to fall, and causes injury to the personnel under the fan or damage to the equipment property, Hengzhengtong will compensate the customer's personnel and property losses with a maximum limit of RMB 1 million.
Although some peers present the "product liability insurance" issued by the insurance company, its coverage and compensation conditions need to be carefully reviewed! Because in the absence of national manufacturing standards and industry standards for oversized ceiling fans, insurance companies cannot provide a clear directional guarantee for the fall of fan parts! It is also not possible to compensate for such incidents.
